Who Can Participate?
Any handicapped person is welcome to participate in HALTER's Therapeutic Riding Program provided they have their physician's consent. HALTER has physician's form(s) that must be completed and signed by the doctor prior to engaging in the HALTER program each year. Additionally, the riders, their parent(s), or guardian(s) must sign liability release forms and photo release forms.
